We can complete appraisals in most cities, towns, hamlets and rural municipalities that are within 100 km (62 miles) of Calgary. We currently do not service Banff, Canmore, Olds or Drumheller. If you require an appraisal in a location that is not on the list below or is outside our usual service range, please call. We may be able to help by providing you with the name of an alternate appraisal firm and in some circumstances we may be able to complete the appraisal ourselves.

Appraisals are the mainstay of our business and we can complete appraisal reports on all types of residential property, including single and small multi-family dwellings, country acreages, vacant sites and condominiums. We are not currently completing appraisals of large farms, development land, commercial, industrial, or income-producing properties, but we may able to refer you to other firms that specialize in this area.
